Not really part of the program but just gauging where I am at strength wise. Not the happiest, but since I have not handled that type of weight in a bit, I guess it's ok. I will say this, my elbows were a bit creaky today and honestly I didn't feel the best, but shit happens.

Thanks fellas, owe a lot to all of you. Each day can be challenging to train with intensity and go hard but with all of you in my corner, I feel like I can still do some incredible things. I had doubt because my elbow will never be the same and my pecs have both been torn. Throw in this hip issue and it just really demoralizes a guy. But you guys give me hope I can smash through the pain and aches and give it a go. Won't be long and i will be busting out Paul Carter's Base Building and picking a meet.
