I will probably mess with this for a bit longer and then switch to Base Building by Paul Carter. I thought for a moment I was going to take a look at Jon Andersen's Deep Water, but I think it's pretty extreme and from what I heard, is it is definitely a lifestyle type of training and diet. So it's something you better be prepared to invest 2 years in. I'm lucky to stay focused for 2 weeks! LOL.

Hey man have you ever ran 5/3/1, or 3/5/1? They're both really fun. Especially when you add joker sets.

I would be curious to see what happens if you try Paul Carters base building... I should take a closer look at it because based on the title I would say you built a base.

I've run paul carter's 365. I really like it, works well for me. Lots of sub maximal, but focus on accelerating thru the range of motion. I believe the base building is similar.
