yes I really want to go to the gorge tomm. Hopefully hit a trail. It's going to be sunny out. I didn't want to miss training so I just did it all today :)

I've been training. Just really sucking at logging it. I'm down to a week out from the Arnold. It's all cardio and mental prep from here on out.
