So some of my training posts got eaten by the dildo attack ;)

I havent trained all week though.With all the mental bs that got brought to light this week I just didnt have in it me to train.I have however continued doing my cardio.I enjoy the cardio .that is a sign something is wrong when I actually enjoy the cardio.
I will jump back in this week and pickup where i left off.i just needed a bit of time to get my hea don straight. I have almost pulled out of this competition coming up.After talking with one of my competitors I have decided to continue on and do the competition. No matter how bad life seems you have got to keep on a plugging away. This will be the last competition that my son competes at before he goes in the Navy.

Pleasantly surprised with this.i found the right spot for me
worked up to 450

185 x 10 not in a row.Working on form trying to get it higher. I think I need to face the facts that it is only gonna go so high.
