yeah, the hope the knee gets better. I found that I have to warm-up doing regular squats before doing pause squats.

so maybe something like this next time?

Squat:

Pause squat:
185x6
185x6
195x7
195x6

I do a few other warm-up stuff too, bodyweight squats, a couple-few sets with the bar.

It could have just been an isolated thing too.

Thanks! My knees all good now after a few days of rest, will try what Chris said, I'm pretty sure I just need to warm up properly

Been busy with school, had to take a few days off from gym cause of school and basketball actually, and my knee

Close Grip Floor Press: My grips actually mediumish,

did 10 mins on treadmill, high incline, felt like I had a some energy left to do this!

Well it's gone now, but that day when I was squatting, i was only squatting 135x5 and after the second rep I think it was, I felt some discomfort in my left knee, it kept coming and going. I didn't warm up properly, well I did a little bit cardio but no stretching

Center, top, in the joint, behind the knee etc... if it's gone cool. If it comes back give me more specific info. Even a pic of you putting your finger on it helps

Alright, will have more details next time, Its basically at a 100% now, will have to see when I squat next

I worked out Wednesday as well but forgot to update my log and now I don't remember my numbers; but I did deficit dead lifts; good morning, some triceps, n glute ham raise

Band pull apart: 2 minutes, with just one 10 sec break

Abs: did 3 exercises, 3 sets, 10 reps (superset)

Tricep extension w/ cable pulley: 25x15x3
