Was supposed to play some 5 on 5 but the drop in rec centre was closed today so I just shot around at work, I was running and dribbling the ball up and down the court, attempting to make fast break layups which was quite a challenge. Did this for about 45 minutes

Hopefully one day I'd think about a comp, right now I think I'm nowhere near where I should be strength wise

Probably one of my weakest workouts yesterday, wasn't fully there mentally.

I did play some 2 on 2 basketball earlier, and I had to go to the gym otherwise I would've missed 4 days in a row.

5 min on ellptical

Close grip floor press:
I had to do it on a new rack which had the shittiest adjustments, about 5 inches apart.. couldn't get the bar to where I needed it to be,

Week 3: Day 2

Getting kinda sick in the past 2 days, still went to the gym after a nap, contemplated for about 15-20 mins if I should just keep sleeping or go to the gym, did the latter of course.

8 mins on stationary bike

This is Friday's workout::

8 mins on elliptical or maybe it was the stationary bike..

Paused squat:

135x5 < - I injured my left knee here a little, after resting a few minutes I thought it got better but when I did my next set after 5 reps there was that same type of pain again,
185x6, rested again for a few mins and felt like it was better again but it kept coming back
185x6
195x7 rested 3 mins for this set, the pain didn't come back as bad
195x6

Split Squat:
25x13,12,11,10

hyper Extension:
bwx12,12,11

Shrows;
120x10x3

Lying calf raise:
130x16

230x13,13

the pain kind of disappeard after I did the paused squats but the pain came back the next day, not really a pain just a discomfort type of thing. I think I didn't warm up properly.. > - .
