Good squats.

Great work!!!

I started something new.

Thanks bro!

for the Split squats I was holding a dumbbell in each hand but I think holding something else will be easier to start off with, will try that try that next time!

And I will definitely be dropping by your log to see your new workouts =D!

Thanks bro! Your log looks great as well! And yeah dude for the first set I had the bar on the ground and it was awkward af lifting it while barely fitting under it lol but then I realized I could put the bar on the rack and adjust it accordingly, which made it much easier

Thanks man!! I'm really enjoying this program so far, especially the variety of new exercises. Definitely needed this change!

And I'm definitely not strong enough to be thinking of competitions!! Now with school, my brains going to be fried x>x

I just hope I can consistently work out and maintain a decent diet without it affecting my schooling, I'm not so good at time management right now :[

Week 2: Day 2:

9 min on elliptical

Deficit deads' (I believe it was more than an inch, I found this platform to stand on, it was way more comfortable than standing on a plate)

135x5
165x5
190x10x3
with maybe less than 2 minutes of rest b/w sets

RPE 7 for most of the next exercises:

Good morning:
barx5
75x10
85x10x3

GHR -> I asked one of the personal trainers that works at the gym on how I could do GHR's, he showed me some new exercises using a stability ball.
Did one leg at a time, around 10 reps each, then did both at the same time till failure, 5 sets.

BB Shrugs:
225x5
245x5x2

Abs:
did a circuit type of thing, ab pull ups, used a medicine ball,

Didn't get a chance to shoot hoops today :'(

Glad to hear you are back in school btw. I was kind of disappointed you had previously chosen to take a break.

Lifting weights is fun and all but school is what will get you through life.

I be preaching this now!!

n honestly, I feel a lot better lifting now, cause school is stressful so when I'm at the gym, I get to forget about school and just focus on lifting which feels really good!
