135x5 < - I injured my left knee here a little, after resting a few minutes I thought it got better but when I did my next set after 5 reps there was that same type of pain again,
185x6, rested again for a few mins and felt like it was better again but it kept coming back

the pain kind of disappeard after I did the paused squats but the pain came back the next day, not really a pain just a discomfort type of thing. I think I didn't warm up properly.. > - .
