    I know and I will do so. Just trying to get some strength back. Can't understand why everything went to shit so fast.

    Mrs Flex is doing higher rep stuff and cardio and yoga. Fuck. Might need to hire her as my trainer for a while.

    Giving Advices:

    Sick and tired of the fucking Janitor soaking the fucking floor every morning. I've talked to the owner several times. Dude just slops a wet mop all over the place so there is literally puddles. I showed him how to wring out the mop and sop up the excess water after mopping. Doing my part for my fellow gym goers.
