Last deadlift session before the comp. Really wanted to pull at least 600 and was hoping for 610.
Maxxed out at 570; failed on 590 several times before throwing in the towel.

This morning was my first lifting session since the disastrous competition.
Felt like I had never done this before.
Did bench press and tricep pressdowns. Bench was rough.
Did back and biceps yesterday:
Seated cable rows
Machine bicep curls
More bodybuilding shit today:
BTN Seated Shoulder press - holy fuck this was rough
Calf Machine shrugs
Rear delt machine

Thanks brother I am doing what I can.
Last year when I injured my shoulder I took 4 months off and regretted it huge. Felt like I had to start all over again. Not this time. I will still train 5 days a week and do what I can.
Maybe some chairobics, hot yoga, gentle swimming?
Did a super quick and dirty bench session in the garage. Everything still feels heavy. Didn't really push things.
LOL. Miss Lisa is doing Yoga now in the morning after we lift. I will NOT be doing it with her.
She's backing off a bit on the PL and doing 45 minutes of weight training, then 30 minutes cardio, then Yoga at home.
Was able to do deads today without any pain in the injured area this morning. I was extremely cautious and only worked up to a few singles at 405.
Tried some box squats and I fucking hate them. They hurt my knees too so I stopped.
Did some calf raises. 5 sets of 8 with the whole stack; 187.5 kg.
