    Did bench today. Meh. I am weak as fuck. That is all.

    Back and Biceps today. Feeling like my strength is coming back. Never ceases to amaze me how taking a couple weeks off causes so much strength loss.

    Did pulldowns, chest supported t-bar rows and hammer strength machine bicep curls.

    Shoulders tomorrow....

    This morning was seated barbell press, traps on the calf machine, rear delt machine.

    Been a bit of a slacker this week. Only trained today and yesterday.

    Yesterday was a half-assed bench session in the garage at 6:30am. Meh.

    Today was in the gym for back and biceps and it was decent. Did some heavy pulldowns, some heavy seated rows (worked up the whole stack of 300lbs and did 5 sets of 5 reps; not bad) then did some cable curls.

    May or may not train this weekend. I have lots of shit to do.

    Next week I will keep my head in the game.

    Did bench today. Shoulders not happy. Weak as fuck.

    Going to attempt squats tomorrow.

    Was able to squat today.

    Sock feet and sleeves only.

    Nothing impressive. Just testing the waters. No groin pain at all. Nothing. Warmed up with a few sets at 135, then did triples at 185, 225, 275, then singles in 10lb increments from 315 to 355 and did 3 singles at 365.

    Cautiously optimistic. :)

    Felt like an old many today...wait...I AM an old man...anyway, I felt like shit but I did what I could.

    Seated barbell presses, calf machine shrugs, tricep pressdowns.

    May or may not do some garage bench press on Sunday.

    Decided to do some bench today because I am pissed off at where I am right now.

    It was an OK session. Still very weak. But shoulders felt better than they have in a while.

    Taking tomorrow and Monday off. Not sure what I will do Tuesday. Probably deads or squats.

    Shoulders have felt like absolute shit since the meet. Bench is in the tank. Trying to get back to where I was...and beyond.
