Been a bit of a slacker this week. Only trained today and yesterday.
Yesterday was a half-assed bench session in the garage at 6:30am. Meh.
Today was in the gym for back and biceps and it was decent. Did some heavy pulldowns, some heavy seated rows (worked up the whole stack of 300lbs and did 5 sets of 5 reps; not bad) then did some cable curls.
May or may not train this weekend. I have lots of shit to do.
Nothing impressive. Just testing the waters. No groin pain at all. Nothing. Warmed up with a few sets at 135, then did triples at 185, 225, 275, then singles in 10lb increments from 315 to 355 and did 3 singles at 365.
