Thanks for checkin' in. I started a different thread but never posted here.
I feel like I'm on vacation from this bitch. LOL
I had it going on a different board before I started it here.
The first week I took off totally. Didn't even set foot in the gym. I almost didn't make that either. I made 7 days though.
My elbow isn't anywhere near where I'd like it to be but everything else is fine.
I'm only doing cardio this week to give it some more time. Honestly, I don't think another week is gonna get it.
I need for it to get better. If I go back to soon I'll just be in the same boat. I don't like this boat. Feels like the Titanic. LOL
I've run med carbs this week and last week. I was hoping to at least get blood pumped into my muscles next week but playing it by ear.
I can probably hit some legs but deads are out of the question because they are what put it over the edge.
I can use a strap for that arm but I just need to let it go for now.
Gonna work on lowering BF% over the next 3 or 4 weeks.
I'll start running low carbs when I start training but don't want to go to low while I'm not.
I don't need the muscle loss.
