Unlikely that you will come home and find that a conservative white dude has made off with your gun collection while you are enjoying thanks giving dinner.

Alright, here, HGH. All you do is spout off BS you pull out of your butt. As for the conservative part, would love to see government statistics showing how liberals are more likely to be a victim of burglary lulz

It's because those stubborn black liberals keep breaking in to our houses because they refuse to get a job.

i would guess that your neighborhood hasn't ever been broken into since it was built. in fact, i would guess that your zip code has suffered zero burglaries, having seen it.

i would also guess that all your neighbors have guns and fantasize about "getting" to shoot someone at some point. including you. even though you are in exactly zero danger.

What the hell kinda stupid statement is that???? Im a "conservative white dude" and I dont get attacked because I act like a civil person and I am armed so if ya try it your screwed. Im not obsessed with carrying weapons, im concerned about protecting myself period. And the only person that hopes they get to shoot someone is a sick asshole thats probably never had their ass handed to 'em. I dont know where some people come up with this kind of crap. I cant imagine your upbringing.

why are you "concerned with protecting yourself" when you are in zero danger?

i'm technically in more statistical danger than anyone in this thread and somehow i can leave the house with no weapon, and not be scared. why are you so scared?

No, Im not scared at all because I am armed and fairly well trained. I can handle myself. Im in ZERO danger??? DO you live under a rock??? Do you see the news???? EVERYONE is in danger. The world is a dangerous place. If you are more statistically in danger than others its probably because your kind of a jerk sometimes at least as far as one can tell from this forum. Go ahead, leave the house with no weapon, thats your choice. Some folks choose to become a victim, and that's ok. To each, his own. I dont know, maybe you live in pussyville or something. There are parts of some towns where you cant go anywhere without trouble.
Here, maybe this will make you feel a little better there.

Who said we are scare?

I have a fire extinguisher, use a seat belt, helmet when I ride my motorcycle.
None because I am scared. In my neighborhood we never had a fire but had breaks ins.
Does that make me paranoid and scared since I own a fire extinguisher?

I also have life insurance.
I must be paranoid and scared of dying.

I carry the means I need to protect myself.
I am aware of my surroundings.

the people in Paris was in zero danger according to your reasoning.
The old man shot in the car wash down the street after the Katrina trash came to town, was also in zero danger.
The med student shot in NO last week was also in zero danger.
The list of people killed who was in zero danger is long.

Why do you worry so much about law biding citizens with both state and FBI background checks carrying firearms?

The neighborhood I just moved out of had 5 burglaries in the few years we were living there. One of them happened to my friend, a cardio thoracic surgeon, while he was at home. He was on call that night, so luckily he was already awake and sitting on a chair in the living room when it happened and chased him out before he was completely through the window.

Game cameras (we live in a wooded area. Last place was a wildlife preserve/reserve) and one security camera caught them all in a picture, and surprise surprise, they were all black. All of them were from the neighboring city, where it's much lower income and the demographic is much different.
