Measure last week and lost a total of 9 in. :eek:). Started winny yesterday 10mg (think that was to much) Thought my heart was going to explode.. Backing down to 5mg today..
Been doing drop set for the last 6-8 weeks Today starting a new routine, giving it a test run.
bench-130lb x 18
140lb x 15
150lb x 14
overhead dumbell extentions
20lb x 16
25lb x 10
25lb x 8
incline bench
100lb x 15
110lb x 11
120lb x 6
reverse grip bench
35lb x 20
40lb x 17
45lb x 14
no go on flies...nursing a hurt shoulder, trying to build it back slowly
decline dumbells
15lb x 20
20lb x 10
25lb x 8
dips- 6

abs - weighted crunches on exercise ball.
10lb x 15
15lb x 10

I would appreciate any comments if any tweeks are needed.....which I'm sure there are. Thanks

Congrats Ms Mupfo...9in loss is quite the accomplishment.

For your shoulders be sure to warm them up and stretch them out. There are some specialized exercises developed to aid in strengthening them.

Your lifts (number wise) are impressive! I see a lot of volume in this day's routine. Would like to see the rest. I will be following your log.

Good numbers You say your nursing a shoulder But still doin dips?

I really think you should dump the dips till your shoulder heals......

WOW losing the inches girl congrats!

Agree with the poster about the dips, and if something hurts, don't do it.

Thanks guys. Dips really dont bother my shoulder.. fly's/shoulder presses is the killer.. Maybe get back on tract next week.
Mon. chest/tri Tues cardio/abs Wed back/bi Thur. cardio/abs Fri legs

Jesus you can bench... That volume at that weight is remarkable to say the least. Stop making Mr. Mupfo look like... well a girl!

Now you see y I wanted to start and end our cycle at the same time !! If i run for 8 weeks and she run for 12 weeks she be busting my ass.. :-t Going to be interesting to see what happens in the next 10 weeks... If we can get her down to 12-15 % bf she will be one bad mupfo lol

i am so excited to see another log! forgive me for not making it in here yesterday. long day! im super impressed and jealous to be honest, of your bench numbers!! oustanding!

congratulations on the 9 inches of fat loss. that has to feel great.

what are your goals?
