350 x 80 ft times this one and am ahead of where i wanted to be timewise
Went and ripped 405 up in a dl because I was told i couldn't

450 x80
450 x 80 ft all of this was speed work . The 450 didnt feel any slower than the 350 . I am excited to see how this will pan out with a heavier weight .
