Triceps were killing me today from the volume of the log and accessory work from Friday. I feel like I could have done better all around, especially on the DB if I was 100%. All in all it was a good day of hard work.

We got a massive snow storm on Thursday, it was bad Friday am and I had to spend gym time moving snow. This morning I took my 5 year old to the gym to deadlift and log press.

Agreed Brother! Sometimes I go HIIT with it. Shovel like mad for 20 seconds and take a few minutes to cool down! haha take that mother nature!

Great workout tonight, felt good to hit some muscle groups light and high rep. Feeling strong. Vikingfest is coming up on February 14th. The decision is too cut down to 200 or finally start taking lumps as a middleweight. Walking around at 215 now so right in the middle.

Nah Rogue the fall is a tough time for me to be taking time off work. We sell wood, gas and pellet stoves so it is hit or miss whether or not I can get away.

Good day, feels great to be back to 4 days at the gym again. The best part is going early in the am has been much better on my family and work. Nose to the grind in 2014.
