Ha I am back Online! Hey everyone! Pc went on the fritz, hurt my shoulder and shunned the whole world lol. So I had a major inflammation in my rotator cuff. I think I was pushing too much volume on my overhead days. Missed you guys!

only had an hour but got some good work in. Last week of lighter work, shoulder still sore sometimes but getting it worked out. Squat today I'll be back......

Ok I am ready to start resuming the juggernaut training. I will have to adjust some of the maxes to compensate for the time in recovery. I will be restiung next week, first strongman session again next sunday. Then back at it.

I do warm up starting with an empty bar and progressing up to working sets. Felt good getting some heavy weight on my back.

I think one of the worst things I have ever experienced is not being able to lift weights. I know we have to heal but it is so hard to stay away. Just enrolled the services of George Leeman to write a program for me so shit is going to get real. What's your next show?

Worked up to:

DB Rows
70 3 x 10

T-Bar Rows
70 x 10
45 2 x 10

Followed by two scoops or Ryno Power Protein and 4 scrambled eggs.

Side note I tried a piece of Kt tape on Wednesday before squatting on my shoulder. Felt really good after doing some shoulder stretches. Actually felt better with the tape on, placebo effect maybe but if it worked once I will try it again.

The tape does help. I had to watch numerous vids to figure out how to tape a shoulder.
