So this first week has been finding weights I can hit for a set of 20 to start. Some I under estimate myself and others the complete opposite. Such is life, but it is a starting point. I have been eat 3300 calories a day since Monday, and found out yesterday I have a scapular deformity where my shoulder bone did not fuse with my arm bones. May be the source of some of my discomfort. I have upped my fish oil, might start using Betancourt Nutrition Phosphate, has creatine and joint support.

Nice. I love sets of 20, especially when you are completely nutted by the last few reps!

Interesting to think of your irregular scapula. I hope it does not cause much trouble. Just goes to show, we are all unique and slightly different from one another.

Yeah I have totally gassed at the end of some of these sets, and the pump feels great I feel loose and strong. Weights will get heavier as I march on.
Yeah dr. said it occurs in about 10% of the population, I just imagine that bone jutting into my bicep or shoulder tissue as I hit overhead. Just busted my shoulder heating pad too, have to reinvest.
