I have had a couple exhaust setups by borla and had no problems with the TIG welds or anything else for that matter. I used bolt on's. And them babies sang real nice when I laid into them.

There is a 4 cylinder ecoboost, 6 cylinder Eco, and a 5.0, and a 6.2. The 6.2 is a more rare find and usually in a well equipped and over priced King Ranch.

This one is a 2014 5.0

Does the 5.0 utilize the same DOHC engine as the new mustang?

I personally love Gibson exhaust, sounds great on my Tahoe. May be a little pricey but not as bad as bassani (which my buddy has on his Lightning)
