Lifts are still strong and still lifting twice a day. Doing abs almost every workout and throwing in cardio where I can. Cardio level is up and longer now. Calves are finally getting bigger.

keep moving forward, last pic was significant change from the others, id start two a days , cardio in the am weights at night on off days double cardio. its awesome for cutting up

:) im also masters age . grand masters

Went shopping for the week. Pork chops, eggs, chicken, tuna, fat free Greek yogurt, sugar snap peas, spinach, green tea,virgin olive oil, and tuna. And switching from fat free milk to almond milk and coconut milk for my protein shakes, oh and potatoes.

Potatoes ..... sometimes fried in Extra virgin olive oil


Routine(this varies depending on how I feel)

My routine varies depending on how I feel that day but I pretty much go with this.

Thanks. According to anytime fitness body fat tester I am at 13% body fat and my trainer wants me at 5%. He says I am on track. I have to have faith in him but I am worried. ...more cardio to do.

You look leaner than 13%. Did they use calipers?
