By plan, do you mean routine? I change my workouts every 3 months or so. I know you registered at WCBB earlier, you can check out my training journal there (I started posting there in 2006).
As you know, the doc told me to take it easy for a while (b/c of the abnormal CPK values). I only hit the gym twice in a week (I did shoulders, bis and tris on Tuesday and 20 min arm bicycle earlier today). It's really hard not to workout every day

I know how you feel MG. I miss one day at the gym and I get all out of whack. I'll feel lethargic and like I'm gaining unwanted fat if I go 2 days or more without resistance training or cardio.
