wow 300 reps of a full body circuit! lol nevermind there was no rest it was one circuit!!! pretty sure i would be green too :D great work on that.

- 25 lat pull downs (medium weight 110lbs)
- 25 push ups
- 25 horizontal leg press (light weight 176lbs)

1st rotation 2'48" (lousy time)
2nd was 2'45"
3rd and 4th 2'31"
5th 2'21"

Cool down 300 abs
10 min treadmill

10 exercises, 10 reps of each in 3 rotations without rest.
