I'm too old to compete in bodybuilding. When I was younger I competed in athletics (javelin) and show jumping.

This might be a dumb question but what is a show jumper?

show jumper--i believe is Horse jumping....open jumping what we call it in Ireland...big guys dont do to well..lol

as for the cabins-i'll pass to many "wrong turn" peeps in the woods

10' treadmill (12% incline, 4.39 mph)
5' arm bicycle (71 rpm)
10' stationary bike (81 rpm)

followed by 12 sets of
- 5 pull ups
- 12 push ups
- 12 clean & press (40lbs)
- 10 leg extensions
- 15 body weight squats

(first 8 sets in 15 minutes, last 4 in 10 minutes, I was fried).

Cool down 5 min treadmill

250 abs
