I've realized that starting the program and following the slow weekly weight changes I have been able to really tighten up my form.
I have never been a person to full squat with my ass to my calves,How ever I now am squating with my ass to my calves and having no problems doing so and so am taking this as a personel goal accomplished!
body weight : 217lbs.
body fat :16.7%
For the size gains I have made (visably bigger,Uniform tighter,and wife) I would have thought my body weight would be higher!
Just started week 4 of the cycle.
