Hey guys,
I've settle on a program (CFM thanx for the insight,POB thanx for the answers and program)Im going to try the MAD COW program.
It is a 12 week 5x5 program based on the 'BIG LIFTS',Today I figured out my numbers for my 1rm's.
My numbers wont be impressive as the program generates them based off your max poundages,And I train alone so I never hit my balls out max......As well as
wanting to be safe.....
As of right now I am only cruising on 250mg. test E and use halotestin on lifting days only.Calories will be at 4200 per day.
So if your interested please follow alone and hopefully we can learn something,I will only update 1x per week
