Thanx Bro!
At the end theses 12 weeks it will be more impressive for me as the working weight will be much higher.
I know I'm hung up on the numbers, But am a creature of habit and once I have the disapline habit to follow the program I will be good Togo,As RR said I have to trust the program!

Gotta say this is week 3 of my cycle and sticking to this program I am eating everything in sight! I usually have a problem eating enough.

I've realized that starting the program and following the slow weekly weight changes I have been able to really tighten up my form.
I have never been a person to full squat with my ass to my calves,How ever I now am squating with my ass to my calves and having no problems doing so and so am taking this as a personel goal accomplished!

body weight : 217lbs.
body fat :16.7%

For the size gains I have made (visably bigger,Uniform tighter,and wife) I would have thought my body weight would be higher!
Just started week 4 of the cycle.
