Last Wednesday I benched. I worked up to 3 sets of 5 @ 305. I then did some flat bench football bar rep work. I worked up to 2 sets of 8 @ 225. I did 4 sets of hammer curls and was done.
Today was squat day in our 43 degree gym. Kid Portugal and PillarofBalance could not make it to the gym today. Apparently their cycles linked up and we're both ragging it hard, so while they were home tending to their vaginas I squatted.

I worked up to a triple with 335 and then a double with 345. I then did 3 back off sets of 2 with 315.
