I like that Cybex Chest Press. I even take a couple yoga blocks, stack them on top of each other and place them against the back pad for additional stretch. However, the Cybex Fly Machine is garbage compared to a lot of others I have tried. Thankfully, the gym I go to has a Nautilus next to the Cybex that is A LOT better.
I hadn't thought of the yoga block thing. I may try that now and again!

Does the Nautilus fly have the padded arms instead of handles ?

Pulldown with neutral mag grip

140x15
160x11
180x6
160x9
140x11
Feeling stronger already. I don't remember ever trying 180 before. Not sure if it's the gear or extra calories, or just a placebo effect, but I'll take it.

Precor vertical row
160x14
170x9
160x10
150x12

Lat prayers
90x10
80x9
70x9

Barbell curls w/fat gripz
60x18x12x8
Took the grips off
60x10. An 11th rep wasn't possible.

I could eat more, but I'm going to enjoy some thanksgiving tomorrow. Not ridiculous, no pie, or treats, but lots of turkey and potatoes. Need a rest day. This was 4 in a row, as I did legs on Sunday. Feeling shot right now.

I would say drop the tren back to 50 mg a week, it’s the strongest anabolic out there, you don’t need 200mg a week. Tren and NPp are about the same kind of compound, watch out for your bitch tits…
1/2 cc super sustanon, Mon, Wed, Fri
1/2 cc Tren a week mondays
Leave out the NPP
never had luck with T bol so I would leave it out
Please consider a point that may help understand low dose TBOL. ran @20 mg pre workout you will not necessarily boost gains but will harden you up damn good as well as improve your training. That’s my experience :- )

I’ll also mention I’ve never run it with tren which is doing the same .. at a higher rate

You fail on the belt squat by just letting it all the down. It kind of sucks, because your quads are pumped as hell while you are in a below parallel squat trying to get the damn belt off. Haha. Nice work brother.

Id have to agree with others about dropping the tren. I'm close to your age and on TRT. A typical cycle for me will be 600/400/30/50 Test C/NPP/Dbol/Proviron I'll run the test for 12-14 weeks, the NPP for 10, the dbol for the first 5 weeks and the proviron all the way through.

I still use tren here and there but it is in and out subQ and taken like an oral for ~4-5 weeks as a sort of afterburner.

I didn't do the tren. I'm running 600mg sust, 300mg npp/wk, with 40mg tbol daily.

It was a good deterrent to not fail! That cable barely comes out of the hole. I thought, how the fuck am I gonna get this belt off!?

But the belt squat is a game changer for me. I had a bad hip for several years before getting it replaced. I did box squats before and after because it hurt before surgery, and I was just uncomfortable about it afterwards. I'm actually comfortable on the belt squat and getting pretty good depth. Thanks brother!

I like it. I usually hit it every 3rd leg day. I like to rotate between hack squats, leg press and belt squats. Every once in a while I will throw in a Smith squat or power squat.
