Chinese belt squat

Same, hooked up one spot higher 15.
These Chinese made machines are popping up. I had a hard time with this. I think the machine is actually pretty good, but the belt and the chain are awful. Chain rubs across your thighs during reps, and the belt padding is so poor, I can feel the chain inside of it. New belt and lose the chain attachment, I think it would be good. I liked that there were 4 different spots to attach. Closer to the weight made it heavier, farther away, lighter. It's a bitch to get out of it too. I wanted to do more but since it hurt I went to hacks.

This machine sucks too. The safety stops fall in after several reps. They need to be roughed up or something so they don't move so easily. As much as I hated these machines, my quads were fucked. I started feeling pukey after even.

Found a progress pic from Nov 2022. Compared it with one I took last week. Same gym, same bathroom, same light. I'm glad I take these along the way. Sometimes progress is so slow to happen that I don't notice until I see the pictures.

6 pins in. The longer esters must be starting to hit because my pumps are ridiculous. I ate a pure protein bar after my workout tonight and had to stop chewing for a while because I had a frickin jaw pump.

Nice work brother!

On that belt squat, I still put my weightlifting belt on. It helps keep their belt from cutting into me. For the chains, I have a couple pieces of pipe insulation, like the kind you would put on the pipes around your water heater, that I keep in my gym back for stuff like this. I just slide them over the chains to keep the chains from biting into my legs.

I'm still going with cycle, diet, and training. Life has taken a turn and I moved across the state to work a job over the winter. I also picked up two training clients, so I'm busy journaling their workouts instead of mine.

Last night concluded week four of the cycle. Will go the next 4 weeks without the tbol. I struggled with lack of hunger and a bit of reflux. As GF said, guessing due to the tbol. I am away from home for the winter so I don't have the same scale, but my evolt body scan had me at 229.4 at 17.4 percent body fat as of last week.

I still feel like it's going well. It's been confirmed, that I am a DILF in this college town ;). I'm in the best shape of my life. Even though my weight is up 4 pounds from week 1, I've fully moved into 34 waist jeans now, so after all these years of training, it seems I can still recomp a bit. Getting 4 to 5 workouts in per week. I'll update again in 4 weeks.

Coming to the end of the 8th week of the cycle. Weight was 234 today. 34 waist jeans still fitting me, and I feel good.

Only negative I'm noticing is my dick is dying a bit. I suspect from the NPP?

Overall, really happy with my progress, and how much leaner I look.
