You are doing great!

Don't underestimate yourself on sticking to things like diets...etc...

Once you see your body changing for the better that is huge motivation to take it a step further...

Who knows...maybe even compete?

Goliac7 thanks, that's a great way to explain. I'm gonna take advantage of cheat days, I have noticed that I don't crave sweets or the unhealthy foods I did before. As much atleast.

Bullmuscle7 thank you, each workout helps me gain confidence in myself. Now that my body has started showing change, my confidence is going up and who knows maybe one day I could try to compete.

Having a competetion or a meet to prepare for is the most incredible feeling. It takes things to a totally new level!!!

You could do this....
