Couldn't have said it any better myself. Thankfully everything's over now and you can return back to your normal life. Take it easy with the gear from now on. There's no need to exaggerate. I learned this the hard way as well.

Damn son thats heavy duty. Glad ya didn't cross over. That's why I always go slow and steady cuz sometimes when u push your body too hard it pushes back with a vengeance.

I'm sorry I missed this thread! You and your loved ones are in my prayers bro. I've read your OP a couple different times, and am still wondering, was this simply a congenital defect, or was it preciptated by your workout lifestyle or gear lifestyle? Just wondering whether that is clear yet. In any event, I'm glad you're on the mend, and hope your continued recovery is fast and steady!
