If you grind the meat up it's easier to eat. i can wolf down pounds of shiken no problemo if its ground... Its the chewing and the dryness of the whole breasts that is nasty.

I like to blend oj and tuna. Doesn't taste bad and very convenient.

fuck- i used to throw it in a crock pot and leave it all night, no wonder i could never chew it lol. Thanks, ill give this a shot. on a side note i just blended it up again, its not as bad as it looks and i can kill the meal rather quickly.

It should have read: Put chicken in pot, cover with water, bring to boil then reduce to simmer, partly cover and let cook about ten min, turn off the heat and come back in another 10 min.

If sodium is not an issue, why not use chicken broth? taste a shit load better that way i bet...
