Heaviest dumbbells in my old gym were 180s, and I could shrug them, but I only saw one guy (named "Lenny", from New Bedford), who could actually bench press with them, although plenty tried to Dumbell row them and most ended up injuring themselves. Stupid sh!theads!

We only have 150's I can use them, but with duct tape I can make some 160's or 170's they work too, just a pain in the ass.

Ours go up to 150lbs. I usually can put them up for 10-12 reps.

we have 120's rep them no problem. They are just akward. They are so long, its hard to get a a good squeeze at that top.

This is the problem I have in the gym I train in they only go to 30KG. Thats just crazy and hammer curls with them and flys, that's all they good for.
