Think the heaviest I have ever used was 120kg but that was back in South Africa. Decline bench and these were a killer as you could giver that extra squeeze at the end of the push.

210's at the last "serious " gym I worked at : mind you they also had a mono-lift , full set of Eleiko Olympic plates and Atlas Stones ( which doubled as doorstops ) .

Mine has 100kg Dumbbells, multiple sets of Dumbbells up to 60kg, straight and ez curl bars up to 60kg

Saw people use the 100kg's for shrugs but heaviest real lift I've seen was 75kg DB bench press or 65kg DB shoulder press

150's at my gym.
I have done flat bench, 3 sets of 8 with these, but not often.
I usually stop at the 135's.

It's a real bitch when you are moving the big boys and some chick is all in your space doing 20 lb. kettle ball swings.
Which happens often...

I think my gym has 100 pounds maybe some a little heavier some where but my old gym had 200 pounders and 25kg plates real old school.i train at a metrosexual gym with air con dance music in the background and there days I can smell the cologne from out the street lol.but hey I like it the women are attractive and cool to talk to saw just the other day two guys trading some dance moves in the gym but most the people are cool and friendly.i just wished my body wasn't smashed so I could train with some of the young guys so we could squat to we shat in our pants.the good old days how I miss them
