The Mill has 200's baby!!...only to be man-handled by the mightiest of the crowd, I could get out 8 reps of seated shrugs, my dam 'repaired' acl starts getting my knee shaking when I do anything heavy while standing and even cramps my left hamm, which is a literal pain in the behind! and rows, although not in the stricktest form, I feel my body responds best if some loose form is incorporated at the mid-end of my lifts..
