So lowering my maxes probably was wise. Everything seemed managable tonite. I do need to work on technique left hip was tight and sore. I don't know if it's a warm up issue but definitely sore. Otherwise the only reps I missed was BW pull-ups. Fat kid isn't that strong yet. But I did it without any assistance. In time.
