Did some Tricep Pressdowns and bicep cable to loosen things up. Had to kick out. Uncle had quadruple bypass so I had to do my thing and stop by ICU to visit. Lats are sore. I won't lie. I wanted to do Kroc rows and/or Meadows rows but my grip was fried.
