Shut that shit down. Tiny sharp pains in my right glute/lower back on the 225 set. Went up and tried to focus on form. Couldn't stay tight. Pain got worse on the last one so I stopped. Just dead tired today.

During paused bench I saw a friend of mine's wife flirting heavy with a personal trainer while he's out of town training for the Army.

I hate this fuxking gym now.

It's good actually, thanks.
Came home, swallowed some Ibuprofen and got to stretching a bunch on this hardwood floor. I need a ****ing yoga mat smh.
Hit the hip flexors, glutes, hamstrings, psoas and groin area. Even did some sciatica nerve stretches just in case...

Aaaaaaaaaaand .... now it burns like crazy. Left lower side. Did all types of stretching this morning with zero success.

Today is 15 doubles on bench starting at RPE of 6 and ending with a 9. PillarofBalance is it better to start at an RPE of 6 and go up in small jumps to hit the 9 with decent rest periods or to find the 6 and use super short rest periods and hammer out that 6 weight?

For whichever answer you give, can you explain the rationale?

Yomo worked wonders! The spot that needed it was on the outside of my leg... Tensor fascia latae/gluteus medius area. Immediate relief!
