Legs



Squat -I stop increase the weights -for few weeks or few months-now I try increase only reps(of course to a certain limit-I think 3-4 reps more and later I'll increase the weigths for exemp about 5-10lbs),but the first I will try to do more reps with the same weights



Squat -rest 120sec,

You worked them wheels pretty good. Adding more reps should be a nice change of pace. Let's get that 375x4 to 375x6!! :D

Exactly my friend :):)
Today a tryed to do 1 rep more than 2 weeks before-each set(the last week was deload ,so light weights) plus 2 sets extra after set with 1 rep and by this set 375 -was 3 reps ,today 4 -next week I will do 5 ,but this one rep more I felt good in my legs:):)
Generaly if you look good 1 rep more is more intensive than increasing the weights-for exemp. I usually increase weights by squat about 5 lbs each week-so 370x3 ,375x3,and now I did 375 x 4

Wow E, your bench and squat are fukn soaring! The work you do is very commendable, my 5yr old nice was just diagnosed as autistic

Good day -not to much pain in my left elbow and shoulder-so I tryed BB curl with weight 88lbs(pure technique/form)
BB close bench press--generaly was also good ,a bit pain in shoulder
I want to put more weights but I'm affraid that it insn't work good for my injuries-so CAREFULLY BUT FORWARD!!

Chris you know self that risk of injuries at this sport is bigger than people think
The last time you handled this perfectly-but a lot of guys have big problems with injuries-and this moment the log like yours is very helpfully-I learned from this one too
