Because I have still pain in my shoulders(left and right) I couldn't do incline BB press-so I did setead machine

press ,the same situation was with machine cable fly -I changed this one for connected DB incline press-focus more

At squat I puted again one rep more (each set)-next week I can't train because of my work ,so it will be DELOAD

without workouts-100% rest for muscle

Calf raise was today very good -I usually increase weights about 5lbs per workout-today I went 40lbs up at last

set--nice fire in my calves

Nice training days, Eclipse. Chest was worked pretty good despite the injury, and way to push yourself on the Squat work prior to a deload. I have the same philosophy. When I'm not peaking for a meat, I like a 5/3/1+ week right before a deload ... just so I can get everything out of the training before I have to enter recovery mode.

It came a bit self(I mean reps at sets),like I said early I try to do 1 rep more than week ago-you said to me few weeks ago when I did 375lbs x 3 that I have to go to 375 x 5 and I listened to you very precisely and today was 375 x 6 :):););)-thx for motivation
This deload will be different than the others-completely without workouts-but I need this now too
