I've been at my old goal and didn't even notice! Funny that heavy only (1-5 rep range) training with grip strength training as my main focus got me there. Also, 20 hour fasting (water, black coffee, zero calories) with feeding after lifting has been my diet for a long time. My physique is an unsought by-product. My objective has been only strength, not looks, for years. Funny irony!
