Shoulders
BB OHP

1x3-155 (didnt count the last rep, it was a push press lol)
DB Lateral Raises

DB Bent Over Rear Delt Flyes

Notes
I stuck to everyone's advice and went with lower reps and higher weight, and I can feel it working. My OHP press is better than it's ever been and my delts are even more fried because of the heavy DB work. I hit traps like I was told to as well (Since I wasn't consistent with doing shoulders, my traps didnt get hit because I always paired trap work with shoulder day) and they were pumped full of blood.
It was a good workout! I coulda consider the OHP as a PR since I haven't done that many repping sets with that weight before.
