Feeling stronger on pressing movements at the minute despite being on cruise. No niggles or pains at all.
Cardio:
- 30 minutes cycle
- Flat plate loaded machine press pyramid up to 3 sets of 6-8
- Anterior delt press pyramid up to 3 sets of 6-8
- Close grip press pyramid up to 3 sets of 6-8
- Cross body extension 3 x 10-12
- Incline cable fly 3 x 10-12
- Lateral DB raise 3 x 10-12
