Cut it a bit short to get to zumba and was dead!

much better workout than yesterdays, I was so pumped i couldn't put my sweatshirt on, my arms didn't fit...

Welp haven't been to the gym since wednesday,
I managed to actually catch the bug that is it at work terrorizing everything

Slept and did nothing thursday , was feeling better friday , but worked 14 hours , and was home so late it was passed bed time ... Saturday got up early and went to my mls class, that was an all day affair ...
I was "dressed up" and the BF decided to surprise me with a really nice dinner .... So i didn't have time to gym ,

Sunday i was feeling crappy again, really dizzy , but cleaned and cooked after sleeping until 10:30
Managed to hAve some emotional stuff go on and didn't get but 4 hours of sleep,

Shitty day yesterday, couldn't eat, was so nauseous i wanted to but couldn't go to the gym,,,,, again!

So frustrating
Other than dinner , and my glasses coming its been a shitty stretch !
And now my back is all ****ed again!

Anyways im going to look into doing a strong woman comp, i don't have the time or dedication for bb'ing right now , and want to mix things up...
So im looking for a gym

Anyways here are some pics , since nothing else is interesting here ...

Long update here

Didn't log last week .. I didn't make it to the gym a lot being sick .. So didn't bother logging what I did ..

Reset myself Saturday ,
While out of town ..
Ran the sister in law through a leg workout, glute focus

Included leg press , walk out squats , glute bridge superset with alternating lunges , all sets to failure ...
Quads seized up my second set of squats , but pushed through .. Finally feeling somewhat normal today ...
Ran sprints , and some incline uphill---

Sunday went back out to Rainie falls taking my daughter , sis in law , mom and Dave , was a beautiful day ...

Flew back In and went to work with 3 hours of sleep ...

Hit biceps and shoulders ..
Plus 20minutes of Zumba ...

Took a nice 30 minutes walk

Then after work ..

Bench press
Barx10

I have done bench with a bb maybe 3 times before .. And my shoulders were on fire this whole workout ..
Walked to the gym, then to the park, and around the lake 3 times, then home for cardio
