Sometimes we have to look at where we've been to remember where we are going...

So.... Here is a throwback, I got bigger from this point until I started dieting Jan 2011 and lifting July ish 2011

Sitting somewhere around 240-250lbs

wow DC, is that really you? If so, damn girl kudos!

Of course , embarrassing but true , that is how I spent the majority of my life ...

And the cause of the tummy tuck to come...

I remember this pict and am very impressed by your progress Ms Dc. And believe me..I do not see a need for a tummy tuck. You're a Beautiful lady who's made amazing progress. Keep up the great work.

This weekend, I had a networking thing and a comedy show friday.. Then went up to Seattle , and met Shoes friend. Had a good time , I was dd :)
I found tuna sashimi works with the diet, thank goodness

Saturday was up early and went to Portland to see the family and go to the farmers market, it was a total blast!

Sunday went stand up paddle boarding :)
Sooo much fun!
Then grilled and had yummy bbq

Only deviation from diet was I had a drink saturday night...

I dont think Ive been hitting the 800 cals im supposed to be either

Took a walk at work - 45 minute easy

After work (and a very small serving of fat free fro yo >.< )
My first attempt at a full body , 1 exercise per muscle ..

High row
50/side x 10 , 10, 10

Prone curl
80x10 , 10, 9

Standing ohp
50x 8, 8, 7, 6

Leg press
2plates /side x 8, 7, 5,

Skull crusher
30x 12
35x 10 , 8

Bent over bb row
60x 8 , 10, 10

Pec fly
70x 12 , 10, 10

Hammer curl
20's x 10, 8, 8

Horizontal calf press
230x 12 x4


Then a few sprints

That last training session you posted is awesome, what a fantastic combo of exercises and cardio.
