Tonight , workout followed 7pm Zumba for 60minutes... I was pretty beat post Zumba , to the point the last couple routines I was not paying attention and screwing shit up because I was tired ...tomorrow is day 10 of work and I'm Sooo ready for my 3 day weekend ! We have company in town there will be cardio on the town going down ... And I will get in my last lifts of the week tomorrow after work ! A full week of lifting is a much needed thing for me .. Also a hike or 2 :)

So pre-exhausted with cardio but these squats felt really really good , just the form was on , I was pausing at the bottom and ass to calves !

I had never done anything above two plates per side for press , I just got a wild hair to try 3 , was pleasantly surprised ..

I wasn't counting as I was teaching Tapanga

Bridges +35lb plate
4 sets alternating hold and pulse

Supermans pulsing -body weight
3 sets each set to failure

Nice little lower back pump in the end and glutes are already letting me know that they're upset about the days activities ... But I'm really really liking the new split !

To show my stagnation in my body due to the poor diet ... This is why progress pics of any sort have been minimal - there's no progress ,,..

Should have plenty of prep time this weekend though :)

I am 5'6"
175-180lbs
23-25% -ive been yoyoing in that range

I appreciate it though , im a size 8 pants , 4 or 6 dress so im just dense ?

Friday iI was dealing with the 18year old , and a bunch if BS... I only managed to record half of the workout and have no clue what else i did ...

Pec fly
70x 12

So i believe there was 3 exercises each for chest/tri and 3-4 sets per exercise lol
I was off and on the phone so distraction was gone and overall it wasn't even worth the time spent

Went out friday night, dancing ..
Girl i was with was slipped something , meth/coke ?
Not sure she was sick sick sick , and I took care of her, carrying her out of there , and into the house .... ****ed my back :-/
And she wound up in the hospital m still puking at 5pm on saturday ... She was finally able to hold something down sunday ....

People freaking suck!

That your friend had nausea and was crap for such a long period is more likely caused by GHB or something similar .

They tested and she was clear from roofies , but that was all they tested, she didnt sleep, and her bp was very severely elevated

Saturday took the 16 year old up the mountain , it was sunny , then snowing , raining , all kinda if crazy ... But a good 5-5.5 miles , steep incline in , felt it in the hams still...
Luckily back wasn't too bad yet

Sunday I spent the entire day deep cleaning !
Widows , floors , bathrooms, laundry , everything ! Took me a full day, 8 hours ! But after being gone 2 weekends in a row it felt a ton Better!

Thai then uno attack and alcohol until 3 in the morning with the house guests finished up the night

And finally to Monday , got up at 8
Spent. Couple hours at the social security office , changing my name back from the divorce ! Happy to have it done!

My back was screwed up when I woke up , like a strain again :-/

But had a hike to go on ...

Deeper into the Mountain this time , 6.5-7 miles total ... Less elevation climbs , was beautiful day as well..

Guess I can't upload pics as its not resizing ...

Hit up some cafe and had a giant Reuben I got through less than half before waddling out of there
And by 5:30 when we got home I was ready for bed!

Did a few chores, took a shower and was passed out by 10:30pm!

Was actually going to get to the gym @6:30 but Shawn asked me not to , we don't have days off together , unless one of us takes an additional day off like I had , and he wanted the time together ... Which Is probably good with the back, I'm not sure if I will be deadlifting tonight .. I'm hoping I can :)
