I am going to try out Lyle McDonald's protein sparing fast , thanks to MacGyver ..
So last night I took another "rest" day, finished setting up my website , and went shopping/cooked for the next 2 weeks..
Here is what a day looks like for me :
4egg whites (hard boiled)
6 oz chicken
6oz shrimp
2can tuna
6oz ground beef
I have pico de gallo, franks, green Tabasco etc
And tons of veggies ... Cucumber , green beans, salad etc ...
I also have a crap load of lemons to help flavor things ...
I think I will hit legs tonight like normal , then next 2weeks will have 3 full body workouts 1lift/muscle around 8reps per set ... And cardio , LISS
