If your maintenance is indeed 2878 then you should be dropping weight pretty damn fast at 2348 calories a day.

How many cheat meals do you have a week? What does your cheat meal look like? What about changes in PEDs? Just some things to think about.

I am pretty consistent with the food so calories are accurate. Usually if I had a bad week I can say thst was cause.

Friday night supper is cheat meal with the wife. Could be a couple slices of pizza and some wings, burger and fries, etc. But 1x a weekand within limits.

PED changes Test upped 200 to 350 of last couple weeks, and 210 tren a added this week.

Looks like water retention to me. Also, that cheat may be enough calories to cover the deficit for 5-6 days.

Looking at total calories for the cheat meal its not putting me over or by much depending what it is. Then with 2 a day cardios, 500 under with diet, plus the cardio guessing 300 bike says 500 but doubt that.

Water it could be, I am going to start adex today as nips feel a little tingly today, that can help the water. I also will be switching from ground turkey to chicken breast saves a few more calories and fat grams as well.

Yeah, never trust the machine calorie counts. Good rule of thumb is every mile on a bike is 50-60 calories and every mile on the treadmill is 100 calories; resistance and incline can add a little more, but it is less significant than a lot of people think. It also doesn't matter how fast you go; 10 mph for a mile burns the same number of calories that 20 mph for a mile does.

Yeah I don't trust them always over estimate. I do about 8 miles am amd another 8 miles pm. I still think its high as 50 cals be 400 each.

Looks good. How did you come up with your maintenance calories being 2878?

Got it. I have seen those calculators before. I always preferred to use the calculation utilizing LBM vice actual weight. I felt it was much more accurate.
