I am pretty consistent with the food so calories are accurate. Usually if I had a bad week I can say thst was cause. If your maintenance is indeed 2878 then you should be dropping weight pretty damn fast at 2348 calories a day.
How many cheat meals do you have a week? What does your cheat meal look like? What about changes in PEDs? Just some things to think about.
Looks like water retention to me. Also, that cheat may be enough calories to cover the deficit for 5-6 days.I am pretty consistent with the food so calories are accurate. Usually if I had a bad week I can say thst was cause.
Friday night supper is cheat meal with the wife. Could be a couple slices of pizza and some wings, burger and fries, etc. But 1x a weekand within limits.
PED changes Test upped 200 to 350 of last couple weeks, and 210 tren a added this week.
Looking at total calories for the cheat meal its not putting me over or by much depending what it is. Then with 2 a day cardios, 500 under with diet, plus the cardio guessing 300 bike says 500 but doubt that.Looks like water retention to me. Yeah, never trust the machine calorie counts. Good rule of thumb is every mile on a bike is 50-60 calories and every mile on the treadmill is 100 calories; resistance and incline can add a little more, but it is less significant than a lot of people think. It also doesn't matter how fast you go; 10 mph for a mile burns the same number of calories that 20 mph for a mile does.Looking at total calories for the cheat meal its not putting me over or by much depending what it is. Water it could be, I am going to start adex today as nips feel a little tingly today, that can help the water. I also will be switching from ground turkey to chicken breast saves a few more calories and fat grams as well.
Yeah I don't trust them always over estimate. I do about 8 miles am amd another 8 miles pm. I still think its high as 50 cals be 400 each.Yeah, never trust the machine calorie counts.
