Today was 30 min fasted cardio and about 25 mins tonigh after supper before getting called out. Back to the hall do some shoulder work

I for some reason just cant eat these damn chicken breasts. I have tried everything I can think of to choke them down. Back to ground turkey I suppose

Well fuck me....... up another fucking lb to 216. What the actual fuck.

Sick this week so ate less but did get my cardio in and most of my lifting.

Not sure what to do anymore because anything I try I am gaining. Started measurements last week and no change there.

Good to see you are feeling better. My best guess on the weight, inflammation causing water retention. That same inflammation could have been why you got sick. It could also be why you cannot eat chicken breasts. It happens with gear from time to time. Ramp up of antibodies trying to fight off the solvents.

Anything is possible, just confused. I revamped menu and eating a little less, see how that helps. Also upped the tren from 30 to 50 a day.
So my new current blast
Tren A 50mg ED
Test Cyp 50mg ED
Var 40mg ED
GH 6iu ED.
Run this until out of tren, about 30 days. Then back to cruise test at 200 per week

Also, GH will cause water retention. If I run it above 1.5 iu ed I notice some water weight.
