Howdy all,
It's been brought to my attention that my introduction post from when I joined in 2012 is no longer around, so posting a new one.
Haven't been on the forum much since the early to mid 2010s, but hoping to be around a bit more regularly going forward.
As far as things goes, I'm just a dude who loves to train. Taking a more bodybuilding approach over the last year or two after a decade of competitive powerlifting. Served in the Army for a little while (was still AD when I joined the forum, actually).
I'm in my mid-30s and currently sitting at 5'9", 185ish pounds and hovering somewhere between 11-13% body fat.
Have a training log on another forum where I'm a bit more active, and might move one over here if anyone's interested in following along.
